The financial analysis allowed us to clarify the investment costs and specify the operating costs. It presents a profitability based on various scenarios (variations in frequency and volume).
The study was followed by a support committee comprised of representatives of the concerned Ministers, Liege Airport, TNT Airways, the Liege GRE, the Logistics in Wallonia cluster, Roissy Carex and the SNCB group.
The Ernst & Young provides all budget indications that can be determined at this stage.
It should be noted that the financial plans presented there do not include public subsidies in any case whereas contacts currently established with the European Union, the EIB and the concerned Governments clearly indicate that there will be public investments in this project which meets growing concerns about the environment, mobility and energy costs.
